Swiss Cacao Mug Cake!

This mug cake is RICH and meant to be shared. So grab a spoon and grab a partner!

Chocolate to the Max Mug Cake
In a mug, combine:
2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
2 1/2 tablespoons of almond flour
One egg
1/2 tablespoon of truvia or preferred sugar-free sweetener
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 pack of KETO//OS MAX® Swiss Cacao
1/4 tablespoon of raw cacao powder
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons of whole milk
Beat well in mug.
Microwave on high for 2 min 30 sec or until fully cooked.
Whipped Max Topping:
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
(Whipped well until peaks form.)
Add:
1 packet of KETO//KREME®
1 packet of KETO//OS MAX® Swiss Cacao
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Beat until well mixed and add to taste on top of mug cake.
