KETO Lasagna Stuffed Zucchini Boats

Lasagna zuchinni boats recipe

-1/2 cup ricotta Cheese
-1 egg
-1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
-1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
-Salt and Pepper to taste
-1 pound browned ground beef
-1 jar of marinara sauce
-2 tsp dried parsley

Slice a zucchini in half length wise and scoop out the middle leaving 1/4 in around the edges

Fill with ricotta cheese mixture
1/2 cup ricotta cheese, 1 egg, 1/4 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup parmesan, salt and pepper to taste.

Top with meat sauce mixture
1 lb browned ground beef, 1 jar marinara sauce, 2 tsp dried parsley

Bake at 400 F for 30 min
